Our Kapoho sanctuary is located on the eastern tip of Hawaii - within a gated community, which contains access to the bubbling champagne pool, ideal for swimming with turtles. 

From the sanctuary, we can hear the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. Numerous paths and trails provide access to the spectacular coast lines and crashing surf as well as to secluded locations for safe swimming and snorkeling in sheltered tidal pools. We offer bicycles for your nearby adventures.

The 2-story house, with garden and a natural pool, is used by fasting guests from Mind Your Body - Hawaii Raw Detoxification Retreat in Keaau. The sanctuary has been chosen for its location in the middle of tidal pools and natural geothermal pools. It is our favorite location for watsu sessions and hydrotherapy.
The house can also be rented by touristing families.

Kapoho coast

The first floor of the Kapoho Sanctuary features a two bedroom apartment, an efficiency studio apartment and the spa.

• The two bedroom apartment has a view of the garden and natural geothermal pool. It includes a kitchen with living room, one bath and 2 private lanais.
• The spacious studio has a view of the pool and garden and contains a refrigerator, a breakfast area and a special attached bathroom with a double shower. Ideal for couples or good friends!
• The spa includes a far infrared sauna, bathtub, enema / colonic room, massage room and exercise area.

• There is a large double occupancy room with an attached bathroom and a king sized bed that can be separated into two single beds.
• There is also a single room as well as two sleeping lanais. One private, covered, open-air lanai is furnished with a double bed, and another single bed is available on a more enclosed lanai.
• The upstairs has an ocean view, garden view and pool view and features a large lanai ideal for yoga.

Healthy raw food meals can be provided for guests to the sanctuary, and/or fresh juices. We have a FIR sauna and a small geothermal pool on our property. Massage therapy and body care are also available.

Kapoho ocean-side champagne pond

We are on the ocean, and walking distance from many of the magical spots in this area. The beautiful brackish waters of the warm pond, and the coral rich tidal pools (just to the south), are ideal for snorkeling. A wild deserted coastal line calling the adventurer for exploration.  Just a few miles from the volcanic red hills of fire, our location is ideal for viewing the flow of fire on foot or by boat.
